  • Romans: 8-10 working days.
  • Softshade Day & Night: 4-6 working days.
  • Perfect Fit Pleated: 7-8 working days.

The date provided are for manufacturing lead times, please allow 1-3 working days for delivery, all of our lead times are quoted in good faith and the company makes every effort to deliver within the times stated.

Delivery to difficult-to-reach or remote locations may experience longer-than-stated delivery times. Thank you for your understanding.

> Sample Orders: We are able to take and process all sample orders, free of charge, and to despatch these the same day.

  • Taped Wooden Venetian: Monday 11th December order by 11am
  • Faux wood Venetians: Monday 11th December order by 11am
  • Aluminium Venetians: Monday 11th December order by 11am
  • Romans: Thursday 7th December order by 3pm
  • Softshade Day & Night: Monday 4th December order by 10am
  • Perfect Fit Pleated: Monday 4th December order by 10am
  • Perfect Fit Shutters: Monday 4th December order by 10am

Please note:

In the unlikely event that goods are lost in transit, please inform us of non-receipt after the due delivery date has passed. If goods have been marked as “left in a safe place” but you cannot find them please check with neighbours or in any outbuildings first. As a last resort, if you feel that they may even have been taken from the place left, please inform the police that you feel they may have been stolen and provide us with a crime reference number.

In either case, refunds will not be issued, but we will remake the same order and despatch it as soon as possible.
